Jalan Karang Mangrove Completely Repaired

The repair of the Jalan Karang Mangrove in Lancang Island, RT 03/03, Pari Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands Sub-district, Seribu Islands, finally completed.

This road provides access to Karma Beach

Pari Island Urban Village Head, Yusuf said, the road repair is part of the area development built using Special Allocation Fund (DAK) budget to provide comfort and safety for the community and tourists.

"This road provides access to Karma Beach; the previous condition was severely damaged and difficult for the community to pass through," he expressed, Wednesday (11/12).

He explained, the road repair has been ongoing since October 21, 2025, and was completed yesterday. The work involved 42 personnel.

"This 1.7-meter-wide road was constructed along a length of 30 meters. The work was done manually," he explained.

He added, this paved road has also been painted in bright colors to improve an attractive appearance, as well as to serve as a surface coating to prevent damage.

"Residents must also help maintain the repaired roads because a good and well-structured road certainly provides a sense of safety and comfort when passing through, including for tourists," he stressed.

This work received appreciation from a local from RT 03/03, Pari Island Urban Village, Aziz (45).

"The road used to be damaged, full of holes, and scattered with rocks, but now it has been repaired and is more colorful. Thank you for organizing and improving our environment," he stated.
